September 5, 2009 • Hong Kong — The renowned Swiss watchmaker and jeweler Piaget, hosted a ground breaking party, especially for the grand launch of the brand new titanium Piaget Polo FortyFive and Limelight Twice luxury watch collections, on the evening of 5th September at the Grand Hyatt Grand Ballroom.
Continuing to exhibit the boundless creativity of its brand, Piaget held two distinct parties for ladies and gentlemen, specifically on the same evening, with a view to delivering guests a pleasant and unforgettable evening. Guests arrived at the scene separately entered two mystical tunnels, leading to the gentlemen's Piaget Polo FortyFive Party and the ladies’ Limelight Twice Party, allowing them and their friends to simultaneously enjoy the unexpected delights of a "singles" night out. Gentlemen could preview the Piaget Polo FortyFive, the first titanium watch collection of the brand, while ladies could be the first to enjoy the initial global exposure to an unprecedented brand new design concept, smashing the conventions of traditional timepieces, the Limelight Twice diamond watch that can be worn on either side.
Piaget meticulously designed and decorated the party venue, with aesthetic setting that echoed the design and style of the luxury watches. The ornamental details, the canapés, the music and the performances were equally tailor made to meet the diverse needs of both genders. Piaget had especially invited the famous Japanese male and female DJs - DJ Amiga and DJ Takuma to mix some beats, accompanied by dynamic dancers specifically flown to Hong Kong from abroad, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the warm party atmosphere.
A devoted supporter of Piaget Manufacture, renowned artist Mr Leon Lai, was also invited to attend the Piaget Polo FortyFive Party, and together with the President of Piaget Asia Pacific, Mr Dimitri Gouten hosted the opening of this event, and witnessed the significant moment alongside our honoured guests.
